While working on the First Time Experience, we developed videos to be utilized through Appcues. Every time a customer navigated to a new page within the Client Portal for the first time, an Appcue would slide out from the bottom left-hand side, offering a brief video overview of the key features and functionality that would be most important to our customers. These videos got our wheels turning, and we decided to pilot an MVP video learning page for our customers. We decided to call this the ‘Learning Center’ and would launch it to see how our customers engaged with it and then enhance it based on feedback and data.
The MVP was relatively easy to do with minimal effort. We were already housing our videos on Wistia, and Wistia offered the ability to embed a video channel within your website. We customized our layout and are launching this to our customers on Feb. 2, 2021.
