We form our overall product team around the three core areas of product development: Product, Design, and Engineering. We often refer to this dynamic as a Triad.

Our Triads work together to lead their product journey teams. Journey teams are small teams focused on driving specific outcomes within their product domain and are usually comprised of 5-8 team members.
